Pear and almond muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or ground almonds)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (for topping, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
